LRG Clothing and RubyHornet Team Up For Closed Session Series

LRG has teamed up with RubyHornet.com, a Chicago based media source, and record label Closed Sessions in creating a
new edition of the Closed Sessions series. Part of LRG’s mission is to uncover and support new artists and
underground talent. The new edition of Closed Sessions will feature artists that LRG feels match the style and aesthetics of LRG clothing, yet also add something original and authentic to the culture of music, art, and fashion. To start out the series, the first episode featured LRG Hip Hop artist Outasight. The result of this session was his new song entitled “Turn it Up” along with the documented video showing the creation process. Outasight worked with a friend and SoundScape Studio veteran, Naledge, and the single was produced by DJ Babu of Dilated Peoples.
Closed Sessions is unique because it works with new artists from across the country and helps them to create new
music while creating a documentary video, giving a story to each song. LRG aims to expand support for underground
hip hop through the partnership with Closed Sessions.
LRG, RubyHornet, and Closed Sessions were brought together in Austin, Texas where they were all working with new
artists. A collaborative project was brought up in conversation which featured certain artists that LRG supports.

worlds of fashion, hip hop, and urban culture.”
